Ritchie Home Builders Ltd.

Ritchie Home Builders Ltd. is a family owned and operated custom home builder in Newbury specializing in rural homes and large scale remodels in Middlesex, Lambton, Chatham-Kent and Elgin Counties. Founded in 2016, it continues the tradition of Ritchie Renovations and General Carpentry. Its process runs from design development with a trusted draftsperson through pre-construction, construction and post-construction services, including help obtaining permits from local authorities. It builds energy efficient homes that often exceed minimum building code requirements. The firm is a registered, licensed builder with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority and Tarion. Home care continues after closing day, under the motto plan it, build it, live it, and the family business serves rural clients at every stage of the building process.
