The General Contractor - Home Renovations

The General Contractor is a renovation and design-build firm listed in Woodstock, though much of its service area copy points to Kitchener, so confirm that it covers your address. It handles custom homes, home additions and extensions, basement, kitchen and bathroom renovations, secondary dwelling units and garage additions, plus commercial work such as retail, office and restaurant renovations. Clients can start with a design contract that produces full construction drawings, then move into a design-build contract where it secures permits, builds the project and delivers the certificate of occupancy. It also builds from a client's finished plans, and it does not subcontract the work. Free consultations are offered, and customers can pay for a purchase in monthly installments.
