About Ferruzzo Construction and Development Inc.

Ferruzzo Construction and Development is a family-owned design-build contractor in Waterloo, established in 2014 and serving Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas. Its residential work includes home additions of many types, such as in-law suites, bump outs, second storey additions, detached garages and post and beam family room additions, along with kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole home renovations. Custom home builds and a new home build project sit in its portfolio, and it also takes on commercial construction and interior office work. Documents and permits are handled to meet the building codes and city by-laws of the area, and projects begin with an eight step design process that runs from the first inquiry through design and permits.
