ICFhome.ca

ICFhome.ca builds a small number of custom insulated concrete form (ICF) homes each year across Tiny Township, Georgian Bay and Simcoe County, with 47 years in the trade, more than 300 homes and ICF work since 1995. A custom ICF home is built one at a time, to the client's drawings, on the client's lot, and clients can send existing plans or a lot for review. One team handles design, blueprints, engineering and permits, lot clearing, excavation, septic and well, radiant floor heating, custom cabinets, stairs and millwork, and full project management. Additions, renovations and garden suites are also offered. Tarion documentation is part of its handover steps and it states it is a Tarion registered builder. A show home near Midland was heated for about $117 a month in the coldest month. Rated 5.0 from 3 Google reviews.
