About Eric Wiens Construction Ltd
Eric Wiens Construction is a family business founded in 1989 that has built hundreds of custom homes in Niagara Falls, Fonthill, St. Catharines and Welland. Its homes are marketed with standard features that other builders charge as upgrades. Lots and builds are available in Niagara Falls, Fonthill and Thorold, including Emily Boulevard, Bergenstein Crescent and Anchor Road South, and clients can arrange a meeting to discuss their own build. A recent custom home near McLeod and Kalar roads in Niagara Falls was completed in 2023. Clients describe a family run process in which the owner's sons returned to fix small issues, and the quality left nothing to submit for warranty. Phone (905) 687-2195. Rated 4.5 from 11 Google reviews, 9 of them five stars.
