Boer Homes has built custom homes since 1969 and is family built for generations. It offers more than 20 pre-designed plans that can be customized, as well as fully custom builds, and runs community developments across Norfolk, West Haldimand and South Brant, including Blue Grass Estates, Clarence Court and Suttons Trail. Its work ranges from lakefront and country estates to subdivisions and renovations. Once a home is designed within the client's budget, the company looks after all permitting, and clients then choose finishes with the trades. It is a member of the Haldimand Norfolk Home Builders Association and was one of 81 registered Ontario builders to receive Tarion's 2019 Ernest Assaly Award.
