It builds custom homes on a client's own lot, quoting a locked price and handling the building permit application, demolition of any existing structure, and large loss rebuilds after damage. It also sells new homes in its own Pickering communities, including Appleview and By Frenchman's Bay, and offers Flexhouz multigenerational models with an in-law suite. Every custom home is backed by a full Tarion warranty, and building is primarily in York Region, Durham Region and the Kawarthas, though it can build elsewhere.
