About Omega Homes

Omega Homes is a registered Tarion custom home design builder in Ottawa, led by owners Jeff and Jim Orphanos, with single-source responsibility from start to finish. Its build process runs from a preliminary design and revisions through gathering the paperwork for the building permit to construction. It builds infill homes, meaning new houses on established lots after demolishing the existing structure, and offers an out of town buyer service. Energy-efficient homes come with a certification binder and inspection certificate as documented proof. It has built in Alta Vista, Carp, Cumberland, Glebe, Greely, Kanata, Manotick, Rothwell Heights, Stittsville and Westboro. Past communities Lakeland Meadows, McGee Meadow Estates, Lakewood Trails, The Quinn Farm and Adams Estates are sold out. A custom home build process page and a Tarion warranty page explain how projects run. Rated 4.7 from 21 Google reviews, 18 of them five stars.
