About Lauren Homes
Lauren Homes is a family owned and operated builder working with designers in Leaside, Lawrence Park and North Toronto, delivering custom homes and renovations with luxurious character and style. Owner Vince Polera leads the firm, which uses quality materials and keeps up with advances in the industry. It is registered with the Tarion New Home Warranty Program and stands behind its work. Its portfolio includes projects such as Lytton Park, Cricket Club, Deer Park Contemporary, Leaside Luxury and Bennington Heights, and it takes on extensive renovations as well as new custom homes. A small family firm that works with outside designers in a few established midtown neighbourhoods, it is a fit for owners who want a personal relationship with the builder and a custom house or major renovation in those areas.
