GH Building Group

GH Building Group has spent more than 30 years helping clients remodel existing homes or construct new builds in Toronto, offering project management and construction services. The custom build service guides a client through the entire process, and the team coordinates architects, planners, structural and mechanical engineers, surveyors and interior designers, as well as the permit process, detailed budgets and schedules, and skilled trades. A client describes the renovation of a first home as a major undertaking handled with attention. Daniel Waltman is the principal, and Ruvan Waltman has been in the construction community for more than 30 years, having begun on the production end of the building industry. The team is guided by principles of transparency and works from final concepts into a construction budget before permit submission and construction begin.
