Du-al Construction

Du-al Construction is a Toronto contractor with 21 years of experience, working across Toronto, Mississauga and Oakville. It renovates existing homes and builds custom new ones, offering design and build options for residential and commercial work. Services include design, drawings, permits and project management from start to finish, whether a client begins from scratch or already has a design. Renovation work covers kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, exteriors, interiors and basements, and an in-person discovery visit with an architect feasibility check against zoning comes first. A 5 year warranty is part of its offer. The process opens with that discovery visit before any drawings are made, which lets an owner learn what the zoning allows and what the project is likely to involve before committing to a design.
