About Tech Home Ltd

Tech Home has designed and built custom cottages and homes in Muskoka and across Central Ontario for over 50 years, founded by designer Fred Haas. It builds to suit the client's land, managing site planning, zoning reviews, permits, architectural design, construction, insurance and landscape design for lakefront retreats and four-season family cottages. The firm is a Tarion-registered builder and a member of the Muskoka Builder's Association, and it has long been a leader in energy efficiency and building performance. Clients work directly with Fred Haas, and references are available on request. A model catalogue shows its cottage designs, and consultations can be requested by phone at 1.888.417.8761.
