Delmar Homes is the custom homes arm of the Delmar Group, a three-generation Toronto and GTA company in land development, custom homes and property management. The group began with luxury custom homes, which it says remain a forefront of the business, and it builds luxury homes to fit every lifestyle. Its developments include infill projects that replaced detached houses with townhomes on rooftop terraces. Services cover acquisition and financing, permits and construction, and after-build service, with the group managing construction from demolition to final paint through trade partners. It also develops mid-rise and high-rise condominium projects, with permit applications in process for a nine storey building of 57 residential units and for two high rise condominiums.
