About Barry's Construction and Insulation Ltd.

Barry's Construction and Insulation Ltd. is a family business in Allenford that describes thousands of custom-built homes across Grey and Bruce counties. It specializes in new home construction, general construction, major renovations, project management and land development. Buyers can choose from communities, lots and home designs that are ready to go, or start from the ground up with their own vision, and the company drafts working drawings and lets the client weigh in on the design before a permit is obtained. Land development is listed among its specialties next to construction and project management, so it works on both lots and the homes built on them. Homes for sale, new apartments, rentals and house plans are also on offer. New homes come with a Tarion warranty. Rated 4.1 from 46 Google reviews, 34 of them five stars and 9 one star.
