Nor-Fab Homes has sold factory built modular homes in northwestern Ontario since 2007, serving the Rainy River District and the Kenora region from Fort Frances. Homes are built to Canadian CSA standards at the Shelter Home Systems plant in Estevan, Saskatchewan, with energy-efficient materials and complete interiors including an HRV system, furnace and appliances. Buyers choose pre-designed models or a custom floor plan with help from the design team, and delivery goes straight to the building location. A ten year warranty is stated. All season and seasonal models, apartments, commercial units and used units are offered, and a brochure can be downloaded.
