About Tucker Homes

Tucker Homes is a multi-generational, family-owned firm with more than 40 years in Niagara, designing and building luxury custom homes, renovations and additions in Pelham, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Fort Erie and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Its custom build process starts with a consultation and a discovery call covering the property, priorities, planned investment and timeline, and it also provides interior design and exterior renovations such as windows, doors and siding. Renovations follow a design-build process from consultation through completion, and required municipal approvals and building permits are addressed before construction begins. Timber framing is among its services, and the company describes high-performance building. A client review tells of a Passive House the firm built. It won the Pelham Readers' Favourite award in 2025. Rated 4.9 from 23 Google reviews, 22 of them five stars and 1 at two stars.
