Gabmar Homes Ltd

Gabmar Homes is a family builder in Fenwick that has been building homes in the area since the 1980s, with Domenico carrying on the tradition of quality custom homes started with his father Gabriele. It runs its own community, Vanier Estates in Welland, with model homes, standard features, and quick closings on homes available in 30 or 90 days. Phase IV was slated to start in summer 2023. Purchaser assistance covers paperwork, registrations and permits, and the firm also coordinates sales and gives home guidance, with an emphasis on care, quality and affordable pricing. Rentals are part of the offering too, and home guidance helps buyers choose the right home through the planning process. Rated 5.0 from 3 Google reviews, all at five stars.
