Jennark Homes

Jennark Homes has built individual and multi-unit residences since 2008, with its principals and employees living and working in Centre Wellington. A smaller developer of custom homes and rental units, it shapes each development to the character of its neighbourhood. Current, future and completed developments are shown, among them a private enclave of custom homes in Fergus. All its homes are registered with the Tarion Warranty Corporation, and it reports zero claims on that warranty. A buyer's review says closing was on schedule and the home arrived cleaned. The company also supports local causes, including donations to Groves Hospital and the Children's Foundation, and it builds one-on-one with its clients. Its testimonials call it patient and on top of things. Rated 5.0 from one Google review.
