Brejnik Fine Homes Inc

Brejnik Fine Homes builds luxury custom homes in Burlington, Oakville and across Halton Region, and it also takes on renovations and additions held to the same standards as its new builds. Clients can bring their own plans or use the in-house design team to create a custom home from scratch, and the firm generally prefers its own team from start to finish. It manages municipal permits, zoning and inspections, and it can build an energy-efficient home with smart lighting, HVAC and security integrated into the design. Past homes carry names such as Hearthwood, Ember, Annex, Halcyon, Alba and Aurelia. Pricing is tied to trade relationships and negotiation, and the team keeps clients informed at each step of the design and build process. Rated 5 from 15 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
