About Hanlon Homes

Hanlon Homes is an Aurora builder covering custom homes, large additions, renovations, restoration and land development, and it describes its custom builds as luxury homes fitted to the client's budget. It also takes on cottage building, drawing on knowledge of cottage country, and works with insulated concrete form walls among its concrete, foundation and framing work. For a project it has the property surveyed, reviews municipal requirements, and carries the permit process through, including conservation approvals where needed. Demolition and site preparation, basement renovations and landscaping are offered as well. The team also pours concrete foundations and slabs, frames houses in any style and offers insulation, siding and finish carpentry. It says it is licensed and insured, and its tagline is from mansion to modular. Free quotes are available. Rated 5.0 from 18 Google reviews, all five stars.
